The Annual General Meeting for the South Shuswap Chamber of Commerce will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday February 19th 2020 at Cedar Heights Centre - 2216 Lakeview Drive, Blind Bay, BC.
All chamber members in good standing are invited to attend to review and approve financial statements for 2019 and to vote in the 2020 Board of Directors. A complimentary wine & cheese reception will be held at the start of the evening, with the business portion of the meeting commencing at 6:45 pm.
Guest Speaker will be CSRD Area Director Paul Demenok.
In collaboration with our neighbouring Chambers of Commerce, we offer a series of workshops and seminars that will assist our members in the day-to-day running and marketing of their businesses. Some of these workshops are complimentary; others require a fee to be paid.
Join Deb McClelland at the Quaaout Lodge & Spa for the 2020 Board Governance Workshop. This workshop is designed to inform, educate and assist both volunteer board members and staff about governance best pratices and the effective operation of a board of directors.
