Meet our Executive Director

Christine Jontz-Barbour

The South Shuswap Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Christine Jontz-Barbour as our Executive Director through a collaborative service agreement with the Salmon Arm & District Chamber of Commerce.

Christine brings extensive experience in chamber leadership, business advocacy, membership development, event management, governance, strategic planning, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with businesses, non-profit organizations, community leaders, and government partners to strengthen local economies and create opportunities for growth.

As Executive Director, Christine supports the South Shuswap Chamber’s mission to advocate for local businesses, strengthen community connections, promote economic development, and deliver valuable programs and services to our members.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to building strong relationships, Christine is passionate about helping businesses succeed and creating meaningful partnerships throughout the region. Her experience and dedication will help support the continued growth and success of the South Shuswap business community.
