Join us for a free Seniors Social Meals Luncheon featuring a special presentation by Dr. Vibeke Vaerum, PhD, Clinical Psychology, founder of Home to the Heart Healing.
Discover how mindfulness, positive psychology, and the brain’s ability to change and adapt can help improve well-being, resilience, and happiness. Dr. Vaerum has over a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist and is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher who has taught throughout Canada, China, and Hawaii.
