A three-day retreat designed to provide focused mental health support in a restorative setting. Programming includes evidence-informed workshops, ADHD support and coaching, perinatal to menopause mental health care, and facilitated group sessions. Participants will also experience somatic movement and guided meditation practices to support nervous system regulation and overall well-being.
Cost starting at $475. (50% deposit is required to secure a spot in workshops/retreat).
